Ingredients:
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• ½ cup sweet-spicy French dressing
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Method:
- In a 1-gallon (3.78 kg) resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix all the ingredients; seal bag. Turn bag to mix. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to marinate.
- Heat gas or charcoal grill. Remove chicken from the marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cook 10 – 12 minutes, turning once, until the juice of the chicken is clear when the center of the thickest part is cut (76°C).
